After witnessing a gangland shootout, two musicians (Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon) dodge the mob by joining (in drag) an all-female jazz outfit, fronted by the radiant Sugar Kane (Marilyn Monroe). In their new guises, the duo come to some realizations about love, money, identity, and glam. The American Film Institute voted this zinger-packed musical farce the funniest movie of all time.
Some Like It Hot will be introduced by Paul Wright, Ph.D.
