In the wake of their young daughter’s tragic death, John (Donald Sutherland) and Laura Baxter (Julie Christie) relocate to Venice in search of a new beginning. But as a series of bizarre murders sweeps the city, each experiences signs of contact from beyond the grave. Based on a story by Daphne du Maurier, Roeg's gothic thriller slips back and forth through time and memory, sketching a haunting portrait of grief.
Shown in conjunction with a Cinema Classics Seminar, Don't Look Now will be introduced by its instructor, Mandy Gutmann-Gonzalez, M.F.A.
