Important Parking Update: Summer 2025
Due to emergency repairs at the historic Bryn Mawr Firehouse, the Bryn Mawr Fire Company has temporarily relocated to the office complex near the southwest corner of Bryn Mawr and Lancaster avenues. This means that the adjacent parking lots—previously available to BMFI patrons—are now closed to the public.
The adjoining property owners have been hospitable neighbors for many years, permitting thousands of diners, shoppers, and moviegoers to park so conveniently along Lancaster Avenue. Now it’s time for Bryn Mawr to answer the call of our first responders, and we ask for your patience as we all adjust. While this change may require a few extra minutes of planning, your continued support helps keep our community strong.
What You Can Do:
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking.
- Use our updated parking map above and follow signage to the entrance to BMFI’s rear lot via Summit Grove Avenue.
- Read all posted signs to avoid ticketing or towing.
- Consider donating to the Bryn Mawr Fire Company to help them return home sooner.
