A ONCE-IN-A-CENTURY OCCASION
Bryn Mawr Film Institute’s Centennial Soiree is a landmark celebration honoring 100 years of cinematic history and community impact, bringing together 300 of the region’s most engaged patrons, donors, and cultural leaders for an evening of film, storytelling, and elevated hospitality.
CINEMATIC STEWARDSHIP
Designed as both a tribute and a forward-looking moment, the Soiree features curated entertainment, behind-the-screens access, and cinematic experiences within BMFI’s iconic theater. Proceeds will benefit continuing preservation and improvement of the 100-year-old landmark.
Please contact Alexander Gosciniak, BMFI Marketing Manager, to discuss how your brand can reach its best audience, and commemorate a century worth celebrating.
Exclusive Sponsorships
-
Premium naming rights and activation opportunities across BMFI’s iconic spaces for the evening.
Theater 1
$20,000
Theater 1 is where the centennial comes to life. At over 2,500 square feet, it is BMFI’s oldest, largest, and most storied space. Hollywood’s Golden Age sets the stage for your brand’s closeup with scene-stealing spotlights on original architectural gems.
Theater 2
$20,000
Theater 2 is BMFI’s second-largest theater, carved from the original auditorium in the 1970s. Welcome guests to an intimate space built for cinema, starring your brand with a mid-century flare.
Theater 3
$20,000
Theater 3 is part of BMFI’s newer stadium-style wing —smaller in footprint, sharper in feel. Meet the moment with a trendy throwback experience that gives a nod to moviegoing in the 1980s, ‘90s, and Y2K.
Theater 4
$20,000
Complete the soiree’s cinematic journey by sponsoring Theater 4. This auditorium will tell the story of BMFI’s stewardship, from Juliet Goodfriend’s rallying cry in the early 2000s through the glasses we’ll raise on October 1.
Concessions
$15,000
The Concessions Stand sits at the intersection of the atrium and all four theaters. Every guest will pass through this central historic-candy-counter-turned-bar multiple times during the evening. Take the spotlight and shine as the familiar face for guests at a fun oasis throughout the evening. Themed fare and branded serveware are available with the concessions sponsorship.
