BMFI membership benefits are not transferable. Bryn Mawr Film Institute is a non-profit, tax-exempt entity. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
While BMFI welcomes donations from charitable foundations and donor advised funds, BMFI membership, and all associated benefits, must be purchased via personal check, credit card, or cash. The IRS has also ruled against bifurcated payments, so corresponding personal payment amounts cannot be made to offset a foundation grant or donor advised fund disbursement.
